I got one too - and so have many others.

It's a straightforward spoofed sender email (which is why LiveMail falgged it as suspicious.) Check the source - you'll find it's actually from someone with a Hotmail account.

Anyways... 3000+ emails? Wtf? I bet 90% of them are from Facebook. I think it's time to clean up your inbox.
